SHIMANO ROAD 11S – Nova Carbon Ceramic Derailleur Cage

This product features a carbon cage and two 7075 aluminum pulleys (14T & 17T) with full ceramic sealed bearings.

Compatibility

This version of the Nova Carbon Ceramic Derailleur cage is compatible with:

• Shimano 105 R7000 Series

• Shimano Ultegra R8000 / R8050 Series

• Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 / R9150 Series

Please note:

• Not compatible with older Shimano 11-speed R6800 & R9000 Series

• Not compatible with Shimano 12-speed R8100 & R9200 Series

Description

Designed by French engineers, the Nova Carbon Ceramic rear derailleur enhances transmission fluidity and efficiency to meet the demands of the most discerning riders.

Crafted from premium materials, it features an ultra-light carbon fiber construction and full ceramic sealed bearings. The two oversized aluminum pulleys, combined with the ceramic bearings, reduce the chain winding angle while minimizing friction.

Important Notes

• A new chain is required for installation.

• For optimal shifting performance, we recommend using a maximum 32T cassette.

⚠️ Compatibility Warnings

• The Nova Carbon Ceramic Derailleur is NOT compatible with the clutch-equipped Ultegra RD RX800 & RX805 models.

• Despite visual similarities, Shimano 105 / Ultegra / Dura-Ace 12-speed versions are NOT compatible with 11-speed versions, and vice versa.
