第一部分:運送方式及條款
一、領取方式
經本公司網店購買的產品,客人必須選擇領取產品的方式,即自行到實體門店取貨或安排送貨。
二、送貨服務範圍
如客人選擇送貨服務,產品將由我們委派的人員或送遞服務商派送。請留意星期日及公眾假期不設送貨服務。
送貨服務包括香港島、九龍及新界,但不適用於邊境禁區、部份離島、迪士尼、貨倉交收、寄船,以及公眾地方(如車站、街道、樓梯等)。
三、免運費標準
單一訂單計,符合以下任何一項條件即可免運費:
(一)訂單總額超過HK$450,且產品總重量不超過1kg或總體積不超過6000cm³;
(二)訂單總額超過HK$3,000,且屬較大件產品(產品總重量超過1kg或總體積超過6000cm³)。
不符合上述免運費標準時,將按送遞供應商運費價目表向客人收取運費。
四、特大件產品交收安排
對於特大件的產品,若貨品無法進入升降機,或沒有升降機服務直達收貨單位樓層,貨品將安排於大廈屋苑落貨區地面完成交收。
五、送貨時間
一般送貨時間約為2至5個工作日,具體以客戶服務的安排及/或確認為準。
大批量訂單或郵政服務出現特殊情況時,可能額外延遲3至5個工作日或以上。
上述資訊僅供參考,所需時間按實際情況而定。
六、缺貨及延遲安排
如訂單出現缺貨情況,缺貨商品將自動延期交付,並於商品補充後立即發送。
如遇上假日季節或製造延遲,可能會影響訂單發送時間,感謝您的理解與耐心等候。
第二部分:退換貨政策

我們致力為你提供優質的產品。如果顧客發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內,憑本公司發出的有效銷售單據聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨。當品牌代理商核實申請符合退換貨品條件,我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片及/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
一、可接受之退貨理由
我們只接受以下退貨理由:
(一)商品有損壞或有缺陷;
(二)不是你訂購的商品(送錯貨)。
二、不接受退換之情況
以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:
(一)產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用;
(二)產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過;
(三)產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整;

(五)任何免費贈品;
(六)已退換過的貨品;
(七)改變心意而退貨。
三、最終決定權

第三部分:補充條款 — 定制近視太陽眼鏡銷售條款
本補充條款適用於經本公司網店購買定制近視太陽眼鏡之交易。如本補充條款與第一部分或第二部分之條款有任何不一致,就定制近視太陽眼鏡之交易而言,以本補充條款為準。
第一條:定義與釋義
1.1 在本補充條款中,除文意另有所指外,下列詞彙具有以下涵義:
「本公司」指 Aurora Technology Company Ltd. 極光科技有限公司,為根據香港《公司條例》(第622章)註冊成立的有限公司。
「客戶」指透過本網站訂購定制近視太陽眼鏡之任何人士。
「處方」指由香港註冊醫生或根據《輔助醫療業條例》(第359章)註冊的視光師所發出之有效眼鏡處方。
「產品」指本公司根據客戶提供之度數及選項定制之近視太陽眼鏡。
1.2 本補充條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄,並依香港法律解釋。
第二條:處方要求與法律遵守
2.1 處方有效性
客戶下單時應根據由香港註冊醫生或註冊視光師發出之有效處方。處方須符合《輔助醫療業條例》(第359章)及香港視光師管理委員會《專業守則》之規定。
2.2 非醫療建議聲明
本公司並非註冊醫療機構,不提供眼科診斷或治療服務。本公司僅根據客戶提供之處方製作眼鏡產品。客戶如對眼部健康有任何疑慮,建議諮詢註冊醫生或視光師。根據《醫生註冊條例》(第161章)第32條,非註冊醫生不得為人類眼疾給予治療或提供意見。
2.3 度數準確性
客戶應確保所提供之處方資料準確無誤,本公司會按照客戶確認之處方數據製作產品。如因客戶提供之資料錯誤而導致產品度數不符,本公司不承擔法律責任,但可酌情提供修正服務(可能涉及額外費用)。
2.4 處方核驗
本公司可於合理情況下要求客戶提供處方資料或相關證明文件,以核實處方之真實性及有效性。客戶可選擇提供處方正本、註冊視光師或醫生發出之證明文件,或其他本公司合理接受之證明方式。
第三條:產品描述與品質保證
3.1 準確描述
本公司承諾產品描述真實準確,不作出虛假或誤導性商品說明。
3.2 消費品安全
本公司遵守《消費品安全條例》(第456章)之規定,確保產品符合一般安全標準。
3.3 產品資訊免責
本公司會盡合理努力確保本網站所載產品資訊之準確性。產品圖片僅供參考,實際顏色及外觀可能與圖片略有差異。如發現產品資訊有任何錯誤或遺漏,本公司可作出更正,客戶可選擇以正確資訊重新確認訂單。本公司不就因產品資訊錯誤而引致之間接損失承擔法律責任。
第四條:個人資料收集與私隱
4.1 收集目的
本公司收集客戶之個人資料(包括姓名、聯絡方式、送貨地址、處方數據及付款資料)之目的為:處理訂單、製作產品、安排送貨、售後服務,以及(如客戶同意)發送推廣資訊。
4.2 保障資料原則
本公司嚴格遵守《個人資料(私隱)條例》,以合法、公平及不超乎適度之方式收集個人資料;收集資料之目的須直接與本公司職能或活動有關;採取所有合理可行措施確保資料準確;採取適當保安措施保護個人資料。
4.3 直接促銷
本公司不會在未取得客戶明確同意下,將客戶個人資料用於直接促銷。客戶有權隨時要求停止接收推廣資訊。本公司不會以「捆綁式同意」方式要求客戶接受直接促銷安排。
4.4 查閱與更正權利
客戶有權要求查閱及更正本公司持有之個人資料。相關要求應以書面方式向本公司提出。本公司可根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》就依從查閱資料要求收取不超乎適度之費用。
4.5 資料保安
本公司會對傳輸中之敏感資料(包括處方數據及付款資料)進行加密,並採取合理保安措施防止未經授權之查閱。
第五條:訂單與付款
5.1 訂單確認
客戶於本網站完成訂單程序並收到本公司發出之訂單確認電郵後,訂單方視為被接納。本公司可於合理情況下拒絕任何訂單,包括但不限於處方無效、資料不完整或懷疑欺詐之個案。
5.2 價格
所有產品價格以港幣(HKD)計算。價格可能隨時調整,但已確認訂單之價格不受影響。
5.3 付款
本公司接受之付款方式包括信用卡及本公司不時指定之電子付款方式。所有付款須經安全付款網關處理。
5.4 價格標示錯誤
如因系統技術問題導致產品價格標示出現明顯錯誤,該標價不構成有效要約。本公司可取消相關訂單並安排全額退款,或聯繫客戶以正確價格重新確認訂單。
第六條:送貨與風險轉移
6.1 送貨安排
本公司會按照客戶選擇之送貨方式安排配送。預計送貨時間僅為參考,並非保證。定制產品之製作需合理時間,具體時間取決於處方複雜程度及鏡片供應情況。
6.2 送貨延誤
如因本公司控制範圍以外之因素導致送貨延誤,本公司會盡合理努力通知客戶。惟本公司不就因送貨延誤而引致之任何間接損失承擔法律責任。
6.3 風險轉移
根據《貨品售賣條例》(第26章),貨品之風險在貨品交付予客戶時轉移至客戶。如客戶選擇自行安排配送,風險於貨品交付予承運人時轉移。
第七條:退換與保養
7.1 定制產品之退換限制
由於近視太陽眼鏡為根據客戶個人處方定制之產品,除產品存在製作缺陷或與訂單規格不符外,本公司一般不接受退貨或退款。此安排符合《貨品售賣條例》中有關定制貨品之通常做法。
7.2 品質保證
如產品存在製作缺陷(包括鏡片度數錯誤、鏡框結構問題或鍍膜瑕疵),客戶可於收貨後七(7)日內通知本公司,並提供相關證明。經核實後,本公司會安排修正、更換或退款。
7.3 保養範圍
本公司提供之保養僅涵蓋製作缺陷,不包括正常損耗、不當使用、意外損壞或客戶自行改裝所致之問題。
7.4 免責條款限制
根據《管制免責條款條例》(第71章),本公司不得藉合約條款排除或限制因疏忽引致他人死亡或人身傷害之法律責任。其他損失或損害之免責條款須符合合理性標準。
第八條:責任限制
8.1 在法律允許之最大範圍內,本公司就任何產品所承擔之總法律責任,以該產品之購買價格為上限。
8.2 本公司不承擔因客戶提供錯誤處方數據、客戶誤解產品規格或客戶不當使用產品而引致之任何損失或損害。
8.3 本補充條款不排除或限制根據香港法律不可排除或限制之任何法律責任。
第九條:知識產權
9.1 本網站所有內容(包括但不限於文字、圖像、標誌及設計)之知識產權均屬本公司或相關權利人所有。
9.2 未經本公司事先書面同意,客戶不得複製、分發或使用本網站任何內容作商業用途。
第十條:不可抗力
10.1 如因不可抗力事件(包括但不限於自然災害、疫情、政府行為、運輸中斷或供應鏈問題)導致本公司未能或延遲履行本補充條款下之義務,本公司不承擔法律責任。受影響之一方應盡快通知另一方。
第十一條:一般條款
11.1 完整協議
本條款構成客戶與本公司之間關於產品銷售之完整協議,取代所有先前之口頭或書面協議。
11.2 可分割性
如本條款任何條文被認定為無效或不可執行,其餘條文之有效性不受影響。
11.3 修改
本公司可隨時修改本條款。修改後之條款將於本網站公佈,並適用於公佈後之所有訂單。
11.4 管轄法律及爭議解決
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何因本條款引起之爭議,雙方應首先嘗試友好協商解決。如協商不成,爭議應提交香港特別行政區法院之專屬管轄權處理。

本公司強烈建議客戶在訂購定制近視太陽眼鏡前,先諮詢註冊視光師或眼科醫生,以確保處方準確及適合個人需要。太陽眼鏡之鏡片類別及防紫外線功能應符合個人使用場景之需要。

Online Store Terms and Conditions

Part 1: Delivery Methods and Terms
- Collection Method
For products purchased through the Company’s online store, the Customer must select a collection method, namely self-collection at a physical store or arrangement of delivery.
- Delivery Service Coverage
If the Customer selects the delivery service, products will be delivered by personnel appointed by us or by a delivery service provider. Please note that no delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, but is not applicable to border restricted areas, certain outlying islands, Disneyland, warehouse collections, shipment by sea, or public places (such as stations, streets, or staircases).
- Free Delivery Criteria
For a single order, free delivery applies if any one of the following conditions is met:
(1) The order total exceeds HK$450, and the total product weight does not exceed 1kg or the total volume does not exceed 6000cm³;
(2) The order total exceeds HK$3,000, and the products are larger items (total product weight exceeds 1kg or total volume exceeds 6000cm³).
If the above free delivery criteria are not met, delivery charges will be collected from the Customer according to the delivery provider’s rate card.
- Delivery Arrangements for Extra-Large Items
For extra-large products, if the goods cannot fit into a lift, or if there is no lift service directly reaching the floor of the delivery unit, the goods will be handed over at the ground-level loading area of the building or estate.
- Delivery Time
General delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 working days, subject to confirmation by Customer Service.
For bulk orders or special circumstances affecting postal services, there may be an additional delay of 3 to 5 working days or more.
The above information is for reference only, and the time required depends on actual circumstances.
- Out-of-Stock and Delay Arrangements
If an order is out of stock, the out-of-stock items will be automatically postponed for delivery and dispatched immediately once replenished.
During holiday seasons or manufacturing delays, order dispatch times may be affected. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Part 2: Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are committed to providing you with quality products. If a Customer finds that a purchased item is damaged, you may contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt with a valid sales receipt issued by the Company to apply for an exchange. Once the brand agent verifies that the application meets the return and exchange conditions, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant item. Late applications will not be accepted.
Customer Service may request photos and/or videos to verify eligibility for return or exchange.
- Acceptable Reasons for Return
We only accept the following reasons for return:
(1) The item is damaged or defective;
(2) The item is not what you ordered (wrong item delivered).
- Circumstances Not Accepting Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
(1) The product is no longer in new condition, or has been used;
(2) The product has been washed with water or cleaning agents;
(3) The product has been subject to human damage, stains, or is incomplete;
(4) Colour difference between the product and the website photo;
(5) Any free gifts;
(6) Products that have already been returned or exchanged;
(7) Change of mind.
- Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, Aurora Technology Co. Ltd. (Aurora Bike) 極光科技有限公司(藍天單車)reserves the right of final decision.
- Right to Amend Terms
We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, modify, edit, or otherwise vary these Terms and Conditions and any information at our absolute discretion without prior notice.
Part 3: Supplementary Terms — Custom Prescription Sunglasses Sales Terms
These Supplementary Terms apply to transactions for custom prescription sunglasses purchased through the Company’s online store. In the event of any inconsistency between these Supplementary Terms and Part 1 or Part 2, these Supplementary Terms shall prevail in respect of transactions for custom prescription sunglasses.
Clause 1: Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In these Supplementary Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
“Company” means Aurora Technology Company Ltd. 極光科技有限公司, a limited company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong.
“Customer” means any person who places an order for custom prescription sunglasses through this website.
“Prescription” means a valid spectacle prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner or an optometrist registered under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359) of Hong Kong.
“Products” means custom prescription sunglasses made by the Company according to the Customer’s prescription and selected options.
1.2 These Supplementary Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Clause 2: Prescription Requirements and Legal Compliance
2.1 Validity of Prescription
When placing an order, the Customer should rely on a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner or registered optometrist in Hong Kong. The prescription must comply with the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359) and the Code of Practice of the Optometrists Board of Hong Kong.
2.2 No Medical Advice Statement
The Company is not a registered medical institution and does not provide ophthalmic diagnosis or treatment services. The Company manufactures spectacle products solely based on the prescription provided by the Customer. If the Customer has any concerns regarding eye health, it is recommended that the Customer consult a registered medical practitioner or optometrist. Under section 32 of the Medical Registration Ordinance (Cap. 161), non-registered medical practitioners are prohibited from treating eye diseases or offering advice in relation thereto.
2.3 Accuracy of Prescription
The Customer should ensure that the prescription information provided is accurate. The Company will manufacture the Products according to the prescription data confirmed by the Customer. If the Product’s prescription does not match the Customer’s requirements due to incorrect information provided by the Customer, the Company shall not be liable, but may at its discretion provide correction services (which may involve additional charges).
2.4 Verification of Prescription
The Company may, in reasonable circumstances, request the Customer to provide prescription information or relevant documentary proof to verify the authenticity and validity of the prescription. The Customer may choose to provide the original prescription, documentary proof issued by a registered optometrist or medical practitioner, or other forms of proof reasonably acceptable to the Company.
Clause 3: Product Description and Quality Assurance
3.1 Accurate Description
The Company undertakes that product descriptions are true and accurate, and shall not apply any false or misleading trade descriptions.
3.2 Consumer Goods Safety
The Company complies with the Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance (Cap. 456) to ensure that the Products meet general safety standards.
3.3 Product Information Disclaimer
The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product information on this website. Product images are for reference only, and actual colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images. If any error or omission is found in the product information, the Company may make corrections, and the Customer may choose to re-confirm the order with the corrected information. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect loss arising from errors in product information.
Clause 4: Personal Data Collection and Privacy
4.1 Purpose of Collection
The Company collects personal data from Customers (including name, contact details, delivery address, prescription data, and payment information) for the purposes of: processing orders, manufacturing Products, arranging delivery, after-sales service, and (subject to Customer consent) sending promotional information.
4.2 Data Protection Principles
The Company strictly complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, collecting personal data in a lawful, fair, and adequately but not excessively manner; ensuring that data is collected for purposes directly related to the Company’s functions or activities; taking all reasonably practicable steps to ensure data accuracy; and taking appropriate security measures to protect personal data.
4.3 Direct Marketing
The Company will not use the Customer’s personal data for direct marketing without the Customer’s express consent. The Customer has the right to request cessation of receiving promotional information at any time. The Company will not require Customers to accept direct marketing arrangements by way of “bundled consent”.
4.4 Access and Correction Rights
The Customer has the right to request access to and correction of personal data held by the Company. Such requests should be made in writing to the Company. The Company may charge a fee not exceeding the degree of appropriateness for complying with a data access request under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
4.5 Data Security
The Company will encrypt sensitive data in transmission (including prescription data and payment information) and take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Clause 5: Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Confirmation
An order is deemed accepted only after the Customer completes the order process on this website and receives an order confirmation email from the Company. The Company may, in reasonable circumstances, refuse any order, including but not limited to cases of invalid prescription, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.
5.2 Pricing
All Product prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5.3 Payment
Payment methods accepted by the Company include credit cards and electronic payment methods designated by the Company from time to time. All payments shall be processed through secure payment gateways.
5.4 Pricing Errors
If a product price is displayed with a manifest error due to a technical system issue, such displayed price shall not constitute a valid offer. The Company may cancel the relevant order and arrange a full refund, or contact the Customer to re-confirm the order at the correct price.
Clause 6: Delivery and Risk Transfer
6.1 Delivery Arrangements
The Company will arrange delivery according to the delivery method selected by the Customer. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and not guaranteed. Customised Products require reasonable manufacturing time, which depends on the complexity of the prescription and lens availability.
6.2 Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed due to factors beyond the Company’s control, the Company will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect loss arising from delivery delays.
6.3 Risk Transfer
Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Where the Customer arranges its own delivery, risk passes upon delivery to the carrier.
Clause 7: Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
7.1 Return Restrictions for Customised Products
As prescription sunglasses are customised according to the Customer’s personal prescription, the Company generally does not accept returns or refunds unless the Product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to the order specifications. This arrangement is consistent with the usual practice for customised goods under the Sale of Goods Ordinance.
7.2 Quality Assurance
If the Product has manufacturing defects (including incorrect lens prescription, frame structural issues, or coating defects), the Customer may notify the Company within seven (7) days of receipt and provide relevant evidence. Upon verification, the Company will arrange correction, replacement, or refund.
7.3 Warranty Scope
The warranty provided by the Company covers manufacturing defects only, and excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues caused by Customer modifications.
7.4 Limitation of Exclusion Clauses
Under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the Company cannot exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence by contractual terms. Exemption clauses for other loss or damage must satisfy the requirement of reasonableness.
Clause 8: Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability in respect of any Product shall be limited to the purchase price of that Product.
8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect prescription data provided by the Customer, the Customer’s misunderstanding of product specifications, or improper use of the Products by the Customer.
8.3 Nothing in these Supplementary Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Hong Kong.
Clause 9: Intellectual Property
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the content of this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs) are owned by the Company or the relevant rights holders.
9.2 The Customer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.
Clause 10: Force Majeure
10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Supplementary Terms caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues). The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as practicable.
Clause 11: General
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the sale of Products and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
11.3 Variation
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this website and shall apply to all orders placed after publication.
11.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Important Notice
The Company strongly recommends that Customers consult a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist before ordering custom prescription sunglasses to ensure the prescription is accurate and suitable for their individual needs. The lens category and UV protection of sunglasses should match the requirements of the intended use.
