- 盜用本公司 Logo 及名稱
- 盜用本公司登記地址
- 抄襲及複製本公司產品宣傳圖片、文案及頁面設計
- 使用虛假電話/WhatsApp 號碼 +852 5582 0140 進行銷售聯絡
該假冒專頁的整體視覺呈現與本公司官方專頁極為相似，極易使公眾混淆，不法分子意圖藉此誤導消費者，進行不實銷售甚至售賣假冒產品，嚴重損害本公司商譽及消費者權益。
本公司現鄭重作出以下聲明：
- 無任何關聯
該假冒 Facebook 專頁及相關銷售活動，與本公司及其關聯公司完全無關。
- 電話號碼不屬本公司
電話/WhatsApp 號碼 +852 5582 0140 並非本公司之聯絡電話。本公司從未授權任何個人或機構使用該號碼代表本公司進行銷售或客戶服務。
- 產品真偽與責任
本公司無法保證經由該假冒專頁購買的任何產品為正品。任何經由非本公司官方渠道購買之產品，本公司概不承擔任何品質保證、售後服務及法律責任。
- 嚴厲譴責侵權行為
該假冒專頁未經授權複製及使用本公司名稱與原創內容，已構成商標侵權及著作權侵權，本公司予以強烈譴責。
- 法律追究
上述盜用本公司名義、商標及內容進行欺詐的行為已涉嫌違法，嚴重損害本公司商譽。本公司已向 Facebook 檢舉，並已報警備案，同時保留一切法律追究權利，包括但不限於民事索償及刑事舉報。

【Official Statement】Strong Condemnation of Counterfeit Facebook Page – Infringement and Fraudulent Activities
It has recently come to our attention that an unauthorized individual has created a fraudulent Facebook page impersonating our company, “Aurora Bike藍天單車 ” (Aurora Technology Co., Ltd.). This counterfeit page is suspected of:
- Unauthorized use of our company logo and name
- Unauthorized use of our registered company address
- Copying and reproducing our product promotional images, copywriting, and page design
- Using the fake phone/WhatsApp number +852 5582 0140 for sales communication
The overall visual presentation of this fraudulent page closely resembles our official page, which may easily cause public confusion. The perpetrators intend to mislead consumers, conduct false sales, and potentially sell counterfeit products, seriously damaging our company’s reputation and consumer rights.
We hereby solemnly issue the following statements:

This fraudulent Facebook page and its related sales activities are completely unrelated to our company and its affiliates.
- Phone Number Does Not Belong to Us
The phone/WhatsApp number +852 5582 0140 is not our company’s contact number. We have never authorized any individual or organization to use this number to conduct sales or customer service on our behalf.
- Product Authenticity and Liability
