訂製近視太陽眼鏡注意事項Custom Prescription Sunglasses – Important Notes

1. 客人下單時應根據由香港註冊醫生或註冊視光師發出之有效處方. 請於下單前確認以下資料正確無誤: 度數(近視／散光), 瞳距(PD), 鏡片類型, 鏡框顏色.  訂單一經確認並開始製作, 將無法更改或取消.

When placing an order, the Customer should rely on a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner or registered optometrist in Hong Kong. Please verify the following details before placing your order: prescription (myopia/astigmatism), pupillary distance (PD), lens type, frame color. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. 本店訂製近視鏡片支援以下範圍Our custom prescription lenses support the following range :

• 近視度數Myopia: 0 to -400 (0 to -4.0) degree

• 散光度數Astigmatism: 50 to 200 (50 to 200) degree

• 折射率Refractive Index: 1.59

3. 請提供準確的瞳距數值(單位:毫米). 如未提供，我們將無法開始製作. 建議由專業驗光師測量, 以確保配戴舒適及視野清晰.

Please provide an accurate pupillary distance (PD) measurement in millimeters. Production cannot begin without it. We recommend having it measured by a professional optometrist to ensure comfort and clear vision.

4. 訂製鏡片需時, 一般為 5 至 14 個工作天(不含假日及物流時間). 實際時間可能因度數複雜度及庫存狀況而有所不同. Custom lenses production time, typically 5 to 14 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays and shipping time). Actual time may vary depending on prescription complexity and stock availability.

5. 由於訂製商品為個人專屬配置, 一經製作完成, 恕不接受因度數填寫錯誤或個人喜好等非產品質量問題的退換貨. 如收到商品有瑕疵或度數與訂單不符, 請於收貨後 7 日內聯繫客服處理.  As custom products are made to your personal specifications, returns or exchanges due to incorrect prescription input or personal preference (non-quality issues) are not accepted once production is complete. If you receive a defective item or the prescription does not match your order, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.

6. 配戴建議Wearing Recommendations:

初次配戴者, 建議先短時間配戴, 逐步適應. First-time wearers should start with short periods and gradually adapt.

• 運動時請確認鏡框穩固, 避免滑落. During sports, ensure the frame is secure to prevent slipping.

• 清潔鏡片時請使用專用眼鏡布, 避免刮傷. Use a dedicated microfiber cloth to clean lenses and avoid scratches.
